1. Introduction

This document describes policies and best practices for creating, updating, reviewing, and maintaining Library content on the web, and also outlines the organizational structure that supports the Library's public web content.

As such it is intended primarily to support the work of web content Editors, Maintainers, and Content Experts (see 2. Web Content Roles: Editors, Maintainers, and Content Experts).
