The University of Chicago Library’s objective is to foster an inclusive organization that embraces and celebrates diversity and seeks equity as a fundamental principle in all facets of our work.

The future for the Library is a place where we develop and sustain a culture that welcomes and includes everyone, and a Library in which all feel they belong, and all feel agency to pursue and create knowledge.
