Learn text and data analysis with Constellate Skill-build

Constellate. Level up your research skills. Skill-build 2024 Sept 13 - Dec 6.

UChicago students, faculty, and staff have free access to this skill-build series focused on text and data analysis using Python and Large Language Models (LLMs). It's not too late to join by registering today and taking the introductory classes asynchronously.

Constellate, part of nonprofit ITHAKA, has designed a 10-week long skill-build for all levels of learners that culminates in a capstone project. Constellate’s skill-build 2024 also teaches data literacy classes to instructors who want to learn how to teach text and data analysis in their classrooms and workshops. Upon course completion, learners will receive digital badges to reflect their learned skills.

The program is scaffolded to help learners with no prior skills become researchers by the program’s end.

Constellate empowers educators and students to teach and learn text analysis and data literacy skills—even if you don't know what a dataset is or why it is important. Our mission-driven, user-friendly software and pedagogical approach will help you meet your academic and career goals.
