Biographical Note

Manley Hawn Thompson (1917-1994) was Professor of Philosophy at the University of Chicago from 1949 to 1987. Thompson was a scholar in metaphysics and an expert on the philosophical work of Immanuel Kant and C.S. Peirce.

This is a collection of Thompson’s lectures on Kant recorded by Heather Blair.
