A miscellaneous collection of historical treatises in at least three distinct hands, also known as "Declarationes de Regno Siciliae. The codex is mainly attributed to Sebastian of Naples (active in 1482). The texts are: Declarationes supplectiones ac remissiones super capirulis Regni utiles ac necessarie. Et primo super capitulis Karoli primi (f. 1-16); capitula regia edita et confirmata Neapoli(f. 16-29); Capitula Regis Roberti (f. 29-54); Capitula pape honorii (f. 54-60); Memoriae on judicial procedure (f. 60-62); tractatus de quibusdam pertinentibus Ad Fescum (f. 62-65); Quotsunt forme frequentis concessionis feudorum (f. 66) and Legal forms: Forma Mandati ad Informandum, etc. (f. 67-68).
