Abstract:

Brian Horrigan received his BA from the University of Chicago in 1972. This collection consists of event posters, including an original silk screen poster from a production of Tom Stoppard’s Rosencrantz and Gildenstern are Dead. The poster was created by Larry Luckom (BA 1972) for the University of Chicago theater’s production of the play in November 1971.

Biographical Note

Brian Horrigan received his BA from the University of Chicago in 1972. He then completed graduate degree in architecture at the University of California Berkeley. Horrigan has worked as a curator and exhibition designer for the Minnesota History Center, the U.S. Information Agency and the Smithsonian Institute, in addition to teaching history at Carleton College and Hamline University. The collection consists of an original silk screen poster from a production of Tom Stoppard’s Rosencrantz and Gildenstern are Dead. The poster was created by Larry Luckom (BA 1972) for the University of Chicago theater’s production of the play in November 1971.
